Do you own a holiday home which you rent out for weeks or weekends? Or are you perhaps considering investing in a holiday home and would like it to generate an income for you but you don’t know what’s involved in the management of such a venture?

We are North Norfolk’s specialist Holiday Home cleaning, maintenance and management company. We know how vital it is that your holiday home is spotless and welcoming when your guests arrive. We know that a beautifully presented holiday home will entice your visitors to re-book your cottage in the future. We know the beds must look pristine and perfect, that the kitchen must be immaculate in every way, that the bathrooms must look like they were installed only yesterday.

How do we know this?

Because we own and manage our own award winning holiday accommodation here in Norfolk. ‘Perfect Finish’ is a company borne out of the frustrations of trying to find reliable, experienced cleaners who don’t cancel on us the night before a changeover, a plumber on Bank Holiday Monday at 10pm at night, a roofer to fix a drip coming through a ceiling, someone to wash and iron the sheets immaculately, and someone to arrange a lovely bunch of flowers and a cake as a welcoming gift to our visitors.

We can advise you on the best places to advertise your property, help set up an admin system if you plan to administer the bookings yourselves or we can do the bookings and admin for you, we can provide cleaners and tried &trusted maintenance people from plumbers to roofers. We can arrange your laundry for you and buy and arrange your welcome pack (if you choose to have one). We can keep an eye on your property and report back to you on any issues that might need to be sorted out. We can be your local liason. We offer a mix-and match service; you don’t have to use all our services, we can do as much or as little as you need, from managing the whole business for you, to doing two hours cleaning a week. The choice is yours.

We are based in Sheringham, half way round the North Norfolk coast and so can cover all the way round from Hunstanton to  Lowestoft and we have a whole host of friends, contacts and tradespeople to call on so you can relax knowing in an emergency you can call us and we’ll help.
